Over 30 years of law enforcement experience specializing in narcotics, accident reconstruction, crimes against persons, crimes against children, and homicide investigations. Over 20 years of experience in crisis and hostage negotiations. Formerly served as the Chair of the City of Denver’s De-Escalation Advisory Committee; Board Member of the City of Denver’s Racial and Gender Disparity Committee; and Member of the City of Denver’s Office of Social Equity. Currently manages curriculum development and instructs at 3 Colorado law enforcement academies, and is the Executive Director for CallBox Training, providing training to law enforcement and corporate clientele.
