Servant-leader with extensive law enforcement experience in patrol, investigative, and administrative operations. She is currently the Assistant Chief/Commander of the Administrative Services Bureau, Tacoma (Washington) Police Department. She has also served in various executive/leadership roles within the Little Rock Police Department, including Interim Chief of Police, Assistant Chief of Police, and Major. Areas of expertise include coalition building, problem solving, and crime reduction. She obtained her Master’s degree in Education from Park University, and is a graduate of the FBI National Academy. Her professional affiliations include IACP and NOBLE.
